38,000 SF Spec Medical Office Building Begins Construction In Sugar Land

BisNow- Construction has begun on TierOne Development's 39K SF spec MOB at 7619 Branford Place in Sugar Land. Slated for completion in the second quarter of 2018, the Class-A building will be just outside of the Telfair residential community with unobstructed frontage on Highway 59 South, just east of University Boulevard adjacent to Costco.
