Airport Avenue Project Advances In Rosenberg

Chron.com- Rosenberg will have a new grand entrance into the city via an extension of Airport Avenue connecting Interstate 69 to FM 2218 between the current Reading Road and FM 2218 exits.The long-awaited project will be expedited due to the recent approval of a performance agreement between Rosenberg Development Corp. and Village Crossing LLC, developer. The developer and RDC will partner to construct Airport Avenue. Rosenberg City Council had the final say and overwhelmingly approved the agreement Jan. 22.
