City of Richmond City Manager Named Public Official Of The Year

The University of Houston Master of Public Administration Program annually honors outstanding public elected officials, as well as appointed officials, in the Greater Houston Metropolitan area. The 2017 MPA Program has recognized Richmond City Manager, Terri Vela, as the Public Official of the Year, with award being presented March 3rd, 2017.
