Former Unocal Building Could Draw $100 Million

Realty News Report- Holliday Fenoglio Fowler has been retained to market the Sugar Creek on the Lake office building, which was formerly occupied by Unocal and previously by Kaneb Services. The 515,152-SF building is 89 percent leased with UnitedHealthCare as the main tenant. Real Estate Alert projected the sales price to be about $96 million.
