Houston Business Journal- From April 1, 2017, to March 31, 2018, Riverstone, Aliana and Sienna Plantation landed the top three spots for communities with the most new home starts. All fall within the West Southwest area, spanning from Sugar Land to Katy and extending out to Fulshear.
