Industrial Park In Stafford Trades Hands

Houston Business Journal- About a year after finishing construction on Stafford Grove Industrial Park, Crow Holdings Industrial has sold the property.
The Dallas-based developer sold the industrial park - which includes three Class A industrial warehouse buildings totaling 351,960 square feet - to an investment platform sponsored by Black Creek Group, a Denver-based real estate investment firm with more than $17 billion of investments.
