Major Katy Mixed Use Project To Complete Road, Trails This Summer

Houston Business Journal When driving to the Katy Mills mall on Kingsland Boulevard, there's a large plot of land with piles of dirt, a couple of construction trucks and an excavator. That's the future site of the massive Katy Boardwalk District, and the mixed-use development is about to complete at least two elements, said Kayce Reina, director of marketing and public relations for the city of Katy.
