Sugar Land Refiner Plans Restructuring Under New CEO's Leadership

Houston Business Journal- Sugar Land-based refiner CVR Energy Inc.'s (NYSE: CVI) new top executive is planning some corporate restructuring, he said during the company's most recent earnings call on Feb. 22.Although the company has released few details as to what the restructuring will entail, CEO David Lamp said during the call that one of his strategic initiatives for 2018 would be to "restructure our organization to reduce (general and administrative) cost, eliminate unprofitable activities and improve decision-making."
