Chron.com- The developers of Sugar Land Town Square have completed a renovation of the plaza that brings a shade canopy, picnic tables, fun furniture, free Wi-Fi and other improvements. Planned Community Developers manages and leases the 1.4 million-square-foot Sugar Land Town Square, which was acquired by Houston-based Lionstone Investments in 2013.
