Texas, Florida, California Lead The Way In Foreign Investment

Realty News Report- With Texas, Florida and California leading the way, foreign investment in residential properties surged 49 percent over the last year, according to a new report by the National Association of Realtors. NAR's 2017 Profile of International Activity in U.S. Residential Real Estate, found that foreign buyers and recent immigrants purchased $153 billion of residential property between April 2016 and March 2017.
