The Shoppes At Cinco Ranch Expands

Houston Business Journal- New York-based Thor Equities is expanding its shopping center in Katy as new tenants continue to open, according to a press release. The company, which provides real estate development, leasing and management, has begun construction of a new 12,000-square-foot building at The Shoppes at Cinco Ranch. Identity Architects designed it, and Sun Builders Co. is the general contractor.
