Watch out Dallas: Houston's Industrial Market Quickly Closing The Gap

Houston Business Journal- The numbers are in.Though there's still room for growth, Houston's industrial market is no longer totally overshadowed by that of Dallas-Fort Worth.Thanks in large part to a slew of new industrial development that broke ground last year, Houston's industrial market currently contains 510 million square feet of product, CBRE's Bill Rudolf said. Just five years ago, the market was comprised of 510 million square feet of product.
